I would like to see fresh ideas on keeping our teams engaged
Keeping the momentum and consistency while they journey – some are so bipolar with their comments and attitudes. I have one that verbally lashes out on her facebook page when she isn’t getting the results she wants. We all hit plateaus/slumps – but it’s our attitude in the lean and mean times that people will remember.
