One of our favorite parts of leading a team of Scentsy Family Consultants is the opportunity we have to encourage our downline members to set goals and to recognize when they reach those goals. We recently spent some time designing our own postcards and bottlecaps for members of Team10e, and we feel privileged to share that design with other leaders in the Scentsy Family.
